TIPS FOR A GREAT VIDEO
✅ Lighting & sound: Record in a quiet, well-lit space with the light facing you (not behind you).
✅ Background: Keep it simple. Use a clean, distraction-free space with a neutral background. Please avoid windows, busy surroundings, Zoom/virtual backgrounds, and the "Take A Step Forward" screen.
✅ Framing: Place your phone on a stable surface at eye level and center yourself in the frame. Vertical videos are preferred. Make sure your face is clearly visible, with a little space above your head and good lighting.
